How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made online at bookings.kznwildlife.com or by calling our Central Reservations Office at +27 (0) 33 845 1000.
What is the cancellation policy?
- More than 45 days before arrival: 10% fee (min R100)
- 44-30 days before arrival: 25% fee
- 29-15 days before arrival: 50% fee
- 14 days or less: 100% fee
Park Visits
What are the gate times?
Summer (Nov-Feb): 05:00-19:00
Winter (Mar-Oct): 06:00-18:00
Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not permitted in any of our protected areas for conservation and safety reasons.
Is malaria a concern?
Some parks in northern KZN are in malaria areas. Consult your doctor about precautions before visiting Hluhluwe-iMfolozi, Ndumo, Tembe, or parks in Maputaland.
Rhino Club
What is the Rhino Club?
The Rhino Club is a membership program offering free entry to Ezemvelo parks for just R1.15 per day. Download the application form from our Documents page.
What discounts are available?
SA residents 60+ and students receive 20% off accommodation in low season. Government employees receive 30% off in low season.
