The Executive Committee, under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer, drives the business of the Board. EXCO develops strategy, refines it, and ensures implementation and achievement of business plans.

Cluster Structure
Administration Cluster
Reports directly to the CEO and ensures efficient implementation of the visionary framework and achievement of strategic goals.
Biodiversity Conservation Cluster
Responsible for Biodiversity Management and Scientific Services, ensuring conservation activities take place within the framework of organisational strategy and legislative prescripts.
Eco-Tourism Cluster
Raises revenue and generates profits by leveraging ecotourism strengths without compromising environmental integrity or biodiversity responsibility.
Corporate Support Services Cluster
Provides administrative and support functions including finance, HR, IT, and communications.
